Client Service Manager

Performance Profile:

  • You will work with multiple clients successfully prioritizing their needs while maintaining a high level of services to all your clients. You will work both with a team and independently.
  • You will review month-end financial reports and assist bookkeeping team on technical accounting matters.
  • You will be responsible for month-end close and reporting for your clients, including creating cash flow reports, budgets, and preparing other financial reports as required.
  • You will be involved in making tech stack recommendations that improve efficiency in their operations.

  • Tech Geek: You have experience working within a wide variety of systems, in particular cloud-based systems like QuickBooks Online, Fathom HQ, Microsoft 365, ShareFile, Trello, Zoom, Loom, etc. You quickly pick up any new systems that are put in front of you and look to bring new technology into the finance functions that you have been a part of.

Experience:

  • Degree in accounting from a 4-year college or university – CPA certificate is not necessary.
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience functioning as the bookkeeper for multiple clients.
  • Confident running financial reports and providing analytics and other insights.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation – up to $65K depending on experience.
