Nick Liguori, CPA, Owner
Welcome! I’m Nick Liguori, owner of Liguori Accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant in NH with a Bachelors in Accounting from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.
After spending a number of years in both public accounting and in the private sector, I have discovered there is a need for accounting and tax services focused towards small businesses and small business owners. Hard work and dedication are essential to running a small business, and I have developed a passion to work with small businesses as a CPA. By working with clients to implement automated processes and procedures, we are able to simplify bookkeeping and accounting for businesses of all sizes. The result is more meaningful and timely financial information for business owners so they can make better decisions and focus on what matters – their business – instead of getting lost in daily bookkeeping and accounting.
Dan Simard, Director of Business Development
Dan Simard joined Liguori Accounting to support client experience and business development efforts. He graduated from the 3Year Honors Program in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. Immediately after graduating he started fulltime with an insurance firm located in Manchester, NH where he worked as a benefits coordinator responsible for managing clients, sales, and various business development efforts. Later, he returned to school and received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from St. John’s Seminary in 2019. Liguori Accounting is excited to have Dan as a part of the team to help the growing business!
Maura Malark, Accounting Supervisor
Maura Malark joined Liguori Accounting to support client needs. After graduating with B.S. degree in Marketing from Boston College, Maura spent nearly ten years in corporate retail in various buyer and e-commerce manager roles. She then went on to obtain her J.D. degree from Pace University Law School and became a member of the New York State Bar. Following that, she spent an extended period of time at home raising her children. In preparation for her return to the workforce, Maura obtained a B.S.B.A degree in Accountancy from Auburn University. She has worked in small business accounting since 2020. Liguori Accounting is excited to have Maura as a part of the team to help the growing business!
Jonna Schafer, Accountant
Jonna Schafer joined Liguori Accounting to help support client growth. Jonna Schafer is an accounting professional with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, businesses, and organizations. Originally from Ohio, Jonna graduated from Marietta College with a B.A. in Accounting. Jonna has spent most of her career in small business accounting focusing on the needs of each client. She is very detail orientated and client driven. Liguori Accounting is excited to have Jonna as a part of the team to help the growing business!
Morgan Carnegie, Accountant
Morgan is a 2024 graduate from the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Here she gained her bachelor’s degree in business administration with the accounting option. She interned with Liguori accounting for two tax seasons while in school and decided to join the team full-time after graduating. Morgan is very driven and is currently working to gain her CPA license. She is excited to gain more experience and knowledge with the growing firm!
Riley Morris, Tax Preparation Specialist
Riley is interning with Liguori Accounting for the 2025 tax season. Originally from New York, she is a junior at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After graduation she will be pursuing a master’s degree and working toward gaining her CPA license. When she is not working or studying Riley enjoys spending her free time in the gym. She is excited to grow her knowledge and gain experience with the growing firm!
