Our Team

Welcome! I’m Nick Liguori, owner of Liguori Accounting. I am a Certified Public Accountant in NH with a Bachelors in Accounting from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.

After spending a number of years in both public accounting and in the private sector, I have discovered there is a need for accounting and tax services focused towards small businesses and small business owners.  Hard work and dedication are essential to running a small business, and I have developed a passion to work with small businesses as a CPA. By working with clients to implement automated processes and procedures, we are able to simplify bookkeeping and accounting for businesses of all sizes.  The result is more meaningful and timely financial information for business owners so they can make better decisions and focus on what matters – their business – instead of getting lost in daily bookkeeping and accounting.

Dan Simard joined Liguori Accounting to support client experience and business development efforts. He graduated from the 3Year Honors Program in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2015. Immediately after graduating he started fulltime with an insurance firm located in Manchester, NH where he worked as a benefits coordinator responsible for managing clients, sales, and various business development efforts. Later, he returned to school and received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from St. John’s Seminary in 2019. Well versed in business and ethics he entered the field of education as an administrator of a Catholic school. Liguori Accounting is excited to have Dan as a part of the team to help the growing business!

Maura Malark joined Liguori Accounting to support client needs. After graduating with B.S. degree in Marketing from Boston College, Maura spent nearly ten years in corporate retail in various buyer and e-commerce manager roles.  She then went on to obtain her J.D. degree from Pace University Law School and became a member of the New York State Bar.  Following that, she spent an extended period of time at home raising her children.  In preparation for her return to the workforce, Maura obtained a B.S.B.A degree in Accountancy from Auburn University.  She has worked in small business accounting since 2020. Liguori Accounting is excited to have Maura as a part of the team to help the growing business!

Ieva joined Liguori Accounting to support business growth. She studied English at Vilnius University of Educational Science in Lithuania and then came to US. She started working in the banking industry in 2007. Ieva spent 10 years at Citizens Bank in Exeter and Stratham. Then, she moved to Kennebunk Savings. Her last position was AVP Branch Manager for Kennebunk Savings in Newmarket. After 3 years with Kennebunk Savings, Ieva left her position at the bank in order to take care of her son during the pandemic. Returning to the business world, Ieva sought out a different career path which led her to an interest in bookkeeping. Her interest turned into an opportunity to join the team at Liguori Accounting to help with business growth and bookkeeping. When asked what the favorite part of her job was, she answered, “Working with the community and helping it thrive has always been the best part of my job.” Liguori Accounting is excited to have Ieva as a part of the team to help the growing business!
